Throughout my life, I have seen that how I thrive is radically different from most others around me. I made many attempts to copy what worked for others only to fail miserably, becoming frustrated and worn out in the process. Well into my 40's, I stopped trying to "do it their way" and dedicated myself to find out how to do what was best for me so I could participate fully in life. By far, the two most life-changing discoveries I made were my strong introversion and that I am a highly sensitive person (HSP). These findings have lead to profound, positive change in my ability to thrive from what I once considered a hindrance. As a result, I've been able to take on large scope projects with confidence, such as CoachVille's ICF Accreditation Application Project Manager, and various leadership positions. I began pioneering what it means to be "inner-directed" from these personal successes along with the collective experiences of other like-minded souls. This is how InnerVantage was born. And it's the gift I want to give to others, like you. How I Can Help You I will educate, inspire and empower you to live your full potential , as an inner-directed individual, despite living in a world with which you are out-of-synch. I believe in your potential and can help you unlock the secret gifts you are here to give. My style is warm, empathic and intuitive, yet strongly grounded in a desire for practical, identifiable outcomes. My Credentials I am a graduate of Bentley College (in Waltham, MA) with a BS in Management. I have continued my professional development by graduating from Coach U and CoachVille's Graduate School of Coaching. I have also previously served as CoachVille's International Study Group Director. Work and Life After lifelong residence in the Northeastern US, with my husband, Jim, and our cat, Kashmir, we successfully relocated to Sedona, AZ, in late 2004. This is just one more way I've adapted life to suit my essential inner nature! I enjoy walking, yoga and meditation. I also enjoy playing backgammon, a wide variety of music, cats of all sizes and healthful cooking. And I always seem to have my nose in more than one book at a time, somehow keeping everything straight!
